He's back. Possibly one of my favorite villains has come back to us with the same old sense of sarcasm and a heaping side of crazy to match.
It wasn't too long ago that I even found out there was going to be a sequel and all I wanted was the same actor to play the infamous Mick Taylor. This film gave me that and then some. We get a hyped up sfx budget in this film along with the signature spinal cord separations.
Besides the higher expenses, this sequel offers many more deaths and a deep, twisted look into Mick's true intentions. At one point, I felt super uneasy. I could only describe it as the way I felt during the family supper scene from Texas Chainsaw.
All in all, it was worth my “Watch While It's In Theaters” rental and I would recommend it indefinitely. This is a great extension if you've seen the first film and explains the plot if you're new to the outback horror altogether.
